What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Our warranty covers LED modules, drivers, dimming circuits, and metal/crystal finishes against tarnishing and defects.
What if a crystal or glass piece arrives damaged?
Every shipment includes 100% Transit Breakage Insurance. If any component arrives cracked or chipped, we dispatch a free replacement within 48 hours.
